The Clinical Program Coordinator is a master’s level clinical professional who serves as a supervisor to clinicians and case managers. The Program Coordinator supervises the methodologies and ensures the effective implementation of all in-home treatment and programming for clients on the caseload of the assigned staff members. As a supervisor you may be responsible for completing treatment should the staff member not be available.
Supervision towards clinical licensure offered!
Required Experience:
- Master’s Degree with a major in social work, counseling, psychology or related human services field
- Two years minimum supervisory experience in a related field
- Two years minimum experience working with children, adolescents, youth and families in a home or community setting preferred
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation required
Responsibilities:
- Supervising clinicians and assigned case managers
- Ensures that all supervision is documented in a timely manner
- Attends treatment or community meetings as needed to provide support or coverage for staff
- Reviews and evaluates the performance of the staff, in collaboration with the Program Director, within the assigned region
- Provide staff with Performance Improvement Plans when necessary
- Ensures the proper implementation of the in-home treatment plan, assessments and interventions provided
- Outreach to local area DCYF and JJ offices to increase communication and build referral relationships

Compensation
- Full Time- Starting at $65,000
- $1500 Stay on Bonus paid at 6 months!
