Responsibilities:Supports the department through coordination and support of efforts to grow clinical products and procedures through the establishment and maintenance of relationships with all levels of administration, physicians, patients and outside organizations. Works closely with patients, physicians, staff and operating rooms to provide accurate, timely, and responsive scheduling. Provides administrative support. Solves routine and complex customer problems directs customers to address specific questions. Interacts with patients, patients’ families, referring physicians and third party carriers with regard to patient-related issues. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload. Communicates regularly with clinical staff, medical secretaries and staff within the product/service line to ensure customer and department staff needs are met.
- Contributes to the establishment, implementation and evaluation of short and long range goals, objectives, strategies plans, policies, procedures and guidelines through maintaining knowledge of up and coming products and procedures in the aesthetic trends.
- Acts as point person for the clinic to refer patients to from colleagues and within the department. Helps educate other staff on the aesthetic options for their practice and trains new aesthetics staff and current on current aesthetic clinic offerings.
- Participates in development of the aesthetics program as directed by leadership. Works as the point person for the cosmetic and aesthetics patients who are seeking care included but not limited to: botox, filler, coolsculpting, and laser treatment. Answering questions and discussing options with the patient to ensure appropriate scheduling. Answers the cosmetic phone line to assist patients.
- Maintains liaison relationship with all levels of administration, physicians, patients and outside organizations to coordinate clinic business, accomplish directives and to facilitate resolution of problems. Supports the aesthetic surgeon and department practitioners.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, surgical cases, and in-office procedures.
- Assist patients with any paperwork, pre-op appointment information, and post-op appointment information.
- Provide surgical quotes.
- Payment collection for surgical cases and in-clinic procedures.
- Supports clinic operations through the collection of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting data and the reporting of aesthetics operations and productivity metrics.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Travel to satellite locations and clinic sites may be necessary to perform job duties
- Ability to perform functions using job-related software and systems.

High School diploma; two or more years of experience in a health care environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge and strong and efficient interpersonal, verbal, and written communication. Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy. Knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Pay Range:USD $18.33 - USD $27.50 /Hr.
