Clinical Pharmacists Nights - The PJF Group - Confidential Client

The Clinical Staff Pharmacists are an integrated part of the multidisciplinary care team, serving as a resource for antimicrobial stewardship, medication safety, and optimized pharmaceutical dosing. They assist with medication histories, monitor patient’s drug therapies and provide drug information.

Inpatient pharmacy operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The majority of Clinical Staff Pharmacists work variable shifts, all rotate through weekends and holidays. A few, including the Pharmacist Night Lead, work full time night shifts.

REQUIRED:

Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (preferred) or Bachelor of Science Degree from an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy.

Licensed Pharmacist in the State of Vermont.

Must Haves:

At least 1 year of pharmacist experience in a health system.

Active pharmacist license in good standing.

Ability to work onsite.

Willing to work nights.

Preferred:

Night shift experience (any field or role).

Ability to start on or before 2/1/25.

Residency training experience.

1 + years EPIC experience

Inpatient Pharmacy experience

ASHP accredited Pharmacy Residency or equivalent experience.
