About the Job

We are seeking a Per Diem Clinical Pharmacist for our Outpatient Specialty Pharmacy, responsible for delivering integrated patient care. Key responsibilities include:

Interpreting and evaluating medication orders for appropriateness and potential adverse reactions.

Reviewing, filling, and dispensing physician medication orders/prescriptions.

Verifying orders filled by support staff and ensuring compliance with protocols.

Providing drug information and patient education.

Completing medication history documentation and performing quality improvement activities.

Supervising support personnel in the pharmacy.

Qualifications include a Bachelors degree in pharmacy, 1+ years of experience, and a current Massachusetts pharmacy license. Experience with Epic Willow Ambulatory is preferred. M-F day shift coverage is required.
