Clinical Pharmacist Oncology day/eves/weekends. - Boston Children's Hospital.

We are seeking an Oncology Clinical Pharmacist responsible for:

Interpreting and evaluating medication orders for appropriateness and potential adverse reactions.

Reviewing, filling, and dispensing physician medication orders/prescriptions.

Verifying the accuracy of orders filled by support personnel.

Providing drug information and patient education.

Completing medication history documentation and performing quality improvement activities.

Supervising support personnel to ensure compliance with established procedures.

Qualifications include:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with 2-3 years of general pharmacy experience or 1 year of pediatric experience; Doctorate preferred.

Current Massachusetts pharmacy license.

Previous oncology pharmacy experience preferred.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

This full-time position offers a rotating weekend shift and a $10K sign-on bonus, along with competitive compensation and benefits.
