We are looking to add a Clinical Operations Coordinator to our team. You will work closely with the Head of Clinical Operations to support the day-to-day operations of our clinical department. You will be responsible for managing multiple aspects of our operations, including onboarding nurse practitioners and medical doctors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, coordinating scheduling activities, and overseeing the registered nurse team. Your role will be critical in ensuring smooth operations and high-quality patient care and will require strong tech-savvy skills to effectively navigate our digital systems and tools.

- This role will be hybrid onsite based out of our HQ in San Mateo, CA
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of provider training programs related to medical protocols, software usage, and compliance standards.
- Assist in the onboarding process for nurse practitioners, ensuring seamless integration into all systems and workflows.
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the clinical department, ensuring efficient and high-standard patient care.
- Coordinate scheduling and rescheduling activities to optimize patient flow and minimize wait times.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA, security protocols, and company-specific requirements for all staff and providers.
- Support the identification of process enhancements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and constant DEA updates, including HIPAA and security protocols.
- Experience in coordinating scheduling activities and managing healthcare providers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Prior experience with an EHR (we use Dr. Chrono) is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to think critically, problem-solve and handle adverse situations effectively and quickly.
