Clinical Nutritionist - Registered Dietitian - Part Time – Inpatient – Columbia University Irving Medical Center

In this role, you'll develop nutrition treatment plans that ensure optimal care in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements. In addition, you will have the opportunity to educate dietetic interns and staff, helping to develop future clinicians.

This is a part time, day shift position.

Preferred Criteria

• At least 1 year of acute care experience

Required Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree
• Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Completion of an ACEND accredited/approved Supervised Practice Program in Dietetics
• NYS Certification as a Dietitian/Nutritionist within 12 months of hire
• Knowledge of medical nutrition therapy
• Ability to provide direct patient care and to make fast and accurate assessment of patients
