About the Job

We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to provide expert consultation for patients with complex healthcare needs, focusing on evidence-based practice and nursing interventions. Key responsibilities include:

Integrating research and experience to enhance bedside nursing care.

Initiating clinical inquiry and facilitating nursing research.

Coordinating care with inter-professional teams and resolving ethical conflicts.

Supporting a self-learning nursing environment and demonstrating advanced communication skills.

Caring for infants, children, and young adults with acute and chronic conditions.

Qualifications include a Masters degree in Nursing, current CNS certification, APN licensure in MA, and a minimum of 5 years of pediatric nursing experience. This full-time role primarily operates Monday-Friday with some schedule flexibility.
