About the Job
As the Clinical Network Lead, you will play a pivotal role in Health's mission by providing clinical and operational leadership. You'll oversee our 1099 provider network, ensuring excellence in virtual and in-home health risk evaluations. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the quality of care and services offered.
Location:
This position is remote with occasional regional travel requirements. Candidates must reside and hold licensure in one of the states within Health's Eastern Region.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with 1099 providers within a designated region, offering ongoing support and guidance throughout their affiliation.
Engage with providers proactively, offering recognition, coaching, and performance monitoring to ensure adherence to Health's standards.
Utilize intervention target data to provide targeted coaching to providers, facilitating positive changes in performance.
Conduct comprehensive reviews of clinical documentation, identifying coaching opportunities and providing personalized 1:1 coaching sessions.
Conduct both in-person and virtual ride-alongs with providers, offering support and guidance in real-time.
Identify and escalate compliance or quality concerns promptly, ensuring high standards are maintained within the provider network.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address and enhance high-value services within the network.
Participate in meetings, training sessions, and special projects as required.
Qualifications:
2 or more years of experience conducting health risk evaluations.
2 or more years of clinical experience relevant to the member populations served.
Experience in team management and remote employee supervision.
Strong clinical and documentation skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and handle ambiguity effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
Knowledge of health risk evaluations, including HEDIS, stars, and risk adjustment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience with oversight of 1099 contractors.
Public speaking, training, or presentation experience.
Working Conditions:
Fast-paced environment with occasional evening and weekend calls.
Occasional lifting requirements and frequent air travel.
Driver's license in good standing required for travel by vehicle.
Compensation:
The base salary for this position ranges from $97,000 to $135,000, with compensation determined by factors such as location, experience, and job-related skills.
