A Clinical Manager (RN) coordinates patient care and supervises clinical personnel.
Responsibilities include:
A Clinical Manager (RN) coordinates patient care and supervises clinical personnel.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing case referrals and assigning appropriate clinicians
- Evaluating patient's clinical needs and assisting in goal-setting
- Attending case conference meetings and supporting new personnel
- Ensuring compliance with professional standards and Agency policies
- Providing ongoing education and support to clinicians
- Promoting patient and physician portals, as well as Telehealth visits
Qualifications:
- Registered nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state.
- Graduate of the National League for Nursing or an accredited school of nursing. A BSN degree is preferred.
- Two years of management or supervisory experience in a health care setting, preferably in-home care.
- Complies with accepted professional standards and practice.
- Complies and maintains current CPR certification.
- Demonstrates excellent observation, organization, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Computers, Microsoft, EMR, and Technology.
- Knowledge of governmental regulations and ACHC standards.
- This position requires that the employee is willing and able to meet the physical requirements as necessary.
