Clinical Manager Opportunity Description

Our client is a well-established Pediatric Home Health organization. They have a current opening for a Clinical Manager for their Pediatric Home Health location in Akron, OH. Pediatric Home Health experience as an RN is required. Supervisory experience strongly preferred but may consider a strong case manager / field nurse ready to step into a management role. Clinical Manager Job Requirements

Pediatric Home Health experience as a Registered Nurse.
Excellent understanding of Pediatric Home Health rules and regulations
Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Registered nurse required
Master’s degree required

Clinical Manager Job Responsibilities

Manage clinical team.
Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations.
Train and mentor nurses.
