About the Job
Statement of Purpose:
Responsible for the management of clinical oversight in the primary care practices. Working with the RN Team Leads, Patient Care Teams andMedical Practice Educator, provides leadership and coordination to ensure optimal management of patient care and coordinated panel management Assists with the integration of new programs and procedures implemented to improve services, operations and efficiency and to respond to changes within the system and the external environment.
Job Requirements:
Full time, 5 days per week required. Graduate of accredited school of nursing. Current Vermont licensed RN. BSN or working toward completion of BSN preferred but not required.
Knowledge, Skills, Ability and Experience:
Experience – 3 -5 years supervisory experience in a primary care setting preferred. Demonstrated abilities to multi-task, work in a fast paced environment and convey a positive “can do” attitude. ACLS Certification required. PALS Certification required within one year.
Medical Practices– Knowledge of nursing and patient care standards to ensure safe and quality services.
Making Decisions and Solving Problems— analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems
Management of Personnel Resources— Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships— developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time
Coordinating the Work and Activities of Others— getting members of a group to work together to accomplish tasks.
