The evolvedMD Clinical Manager has the exciting opportunity to build and grow evolvedMD's innovative mental health brand in an emerging market under the direction of a dynamic Regional Director. Responsible for supporting, training, and supervising a team of passionate therapists in the primary care setting, evolvedMD is inviting a collaborative, connected, and cross functional leader to join our talented team.
With an industry-leading model that increases access to behavioral health when the demand is at an all-time high, the Clinical Manager will be tasked with leading, building, and coaching a clinical team and act as the liaison between evolvedMD and our partner primary care offices to ultimately drive outstanding patient care and outcomes.

Compensation
First year compensation $75,000 to $90,000 annually (DOE) plus $5k sign-on bonus!
Metric driven bonuses up to $2,125 per quarter
$1,200 annual technology allowance

About You
Master's degree in a relevant field with three plus (3+) years relevant experience, including management and providing clinical supervision.
Active independent licensure and in good standing with AZBBHE, including the ability to provide clinical supervision.
Prior history and success leading, managing, and motivating teams to deliver value and bottom-line results.
Proven experience optimizing resources to execute a plan in collaboration with a cross-functional team
