Our client is a leading home healthcare agency dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to geriatric patients in the Sarasota area. We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Clinical Manager (RN) to oversee the clinical operations of the branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring the delivery of superior patient care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. In this role, the CM will be required to travel to North Port and Port Charlotte to support the patients and clinicians in that area.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direction to the clinical team, including nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Oversee the development and implementation of individualized care plans for patients.
• Conduct regular assessments of patient needs and monitor their progress.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as agency policies and procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of services.
• Provide appropriate and continual program oversight, supervision, and training.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida-and in good standing.
• Minimum of three years of home health RN experience.
• Previous managerial or supervisory experience not required, but a plus.
• Strong knowledge of home health regulations and standards of practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
