SUMMARY
As a Clinical Leader of Long-Term Care, you are a Nursing Leader who serves as a resource for problem solving, provides clinical expertise, facilitates staff mentoring and coaching, and facilitates patient flow. Your keen attention to detail, along with your demonstrated empathy for patients, makes you a valuable resource for the unit.
An extension of Unity Hospital, our short-term rehab center is a 40-bed unit focusing on treatment and rehabilitation following hospitalization. We offer the acute care our patients require for their recovery without being in a hospital setting.
Our Wegman Family Cottages embraces a new approach to traditional skilled nursing care, the Green House model. Each of our four ranch-style cottage homes has 20 private rooms, with private baths. The environment in the cottages is inviting and comforting for residents and offers a setting much like home health care but in one location.
