Qualifications:

Be the Best Clinical IT Desktop Support Technician

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

• One to three years of experience in a technical capacity of supporting desktop, mobile device and application support.
• Working knowledge of desktop and mobile hardware and software.
• Working knowledge of setup and configuration of Android devices Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to ascertain information and maintain dialogue with the customer as to the status of a particular issue.
• Software and hardware troubleshooting skills highly preferred Desktop support certification (Microsoft, A+, etc.) preferred.
• Must be able to travel and have reliable transportation.
