Shift(s) available: day shift Job types available: full time and part time Employer features: 401(K), Community hospital, Cross training, EAP, FSA, Medical, PTO, Retirement Plan Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Master's Degree in Nursing Education or related field preferred Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience preferred Experience in education and staff development Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification a plus Responsibilities: Develop and implement educational programs tailored to the needs of nursing staff, including orientation, in-service training, and continuing education Conduct regular assessments to identify educational needs and competency gaps within the nursing team Collaborate with healthcare professionals, department managers, and administrative staff to ensure that educational initiatives align with hospital policies and procedures Serve as a clinical resource for nursing staff, providing expert advice and guidance on best practices in nursing care Maintain accurate records of educational activities, and evaluate program effectiveness through feedback surveys and other metrics Benefits: Healthcare coverage: Medical, Dental, Vision 401K Paid Time Off Tuition Assistance Salary: $80,000 to $110,000 /year
