A health system in Santa Clara County is looking to bring on a new Clinical Director to oversee on-site clinical operations and ensure that high-quality medical care is provided at their Community Health Center. The Clinical Director can expect to report up to a high-level executive leader which may include a CEO, CMO, or Executive Director, while there are several titles that report up to this person. These positions may include Attending Physicians, Clinical Team Leaders, Physician Assistants (PAs), Medical Residents, and etc. This Medical Director can expect a handful of support within the system.

The Clinical Director is expected to lead clinical teams, provide strategic director for medical services, monitor clinical performance, and ensure compliance withhealthcare regulations. This position also requires a strong combination fo clinical expertise, leadership ability, and organizational acumen to optimize patient care and drive improvements in clinical outcomes. It is important that this leader has experience with serving as a role model for clinical staff by demonstrating exemplary medical practice and leadership in past positions. A Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited medical school and a valid California Medical License are also both required for consideration of this opportunity.
