Clinical Director (Management) - CareerBuilder Premium Subscription

The Clinical Director has direct oversight of the assigned site’s program

operations. This position will assist with community collaboration, while

working with those in organizational leadership positions, to help build

and maintain outstanding mental health and SUD treatment services with

a caring and dedicated staff.

The Clinical Director will supervise staff, plan and develop programs, and

ensure the facility has all the resources necessary to ensure smooth

functioning, while maintaining the organization’s culture and compliance

with policies and procedures. The Clinical Director works directly with

organizational leadership as a member of the management team and

reports to the Associate Director of Programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervision and

working with individuals with mental health and substance use disorders.

This position requires excellent administrative skills, program

management expertise, and a passion for clinical work.
