Salary and Benefits

• The Salary Range for this Position is $110,000 to $120,000
• Health insurance - $102.57 bi-weekly

Responsibilities

• Function in both an operational and clinical capacity
• Provide clinical supervision
• Onboarding, training, and ongoing support to BCBAs and BCBA Interns
• Recruiting and interviewing for BCBAs, BCBA Inters, BTs and RBTs
• May be required to attend and/or review sessions, sign off on notes to ensure caseload requirements are met
• Provides clinical guidance and mentorship daily

Requirements

• Maintain status as an active BCBA with approval to supervise
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working directly with children diagnosed with autism and/or intellectual/developmental delays
• Desire to Work with Children, Parents, and Other Professionals
• Safety-Care or Safety-Care for Families Specialist Certification or ability to complete training requirements in the first month of employment
