Located in Dearborn, MI, we are seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead and inspire our team in delivering high-quality ABA services across homes, schools, and community settings. This role is integral to our mission of enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and fostering a culture of excellence within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Supervision: Lead, mentor, and supervise a multidisciplinary team of BCBAs and behavioral therapists to ensure clinical excellence.
- Program Development: Oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for clients with Autism and intellectual disabilities.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular assessments, progress evaluations, and data analysis to ensure treatment efficacy and compliance with best practices.
- Collaboration: Foster open communication with team members, clients, families, and stakeholders to build strong, supportive partnerships.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all services align with ethical guidelines, relevant regulations, and company policies.
- Training & Development: Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to clinical staff.
- Strategic Planning: Implement initiatives to enhance the quality and scope of clinical services while driving continuous improvement in programming.
Qualifications
- Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- 2+ years experience as a Clinical Manager or higher overseeing clients from Wayne County/DWIHN
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience as BCBA with progressive management experience
- Proven track record of successful program development and leadership within the ABA field.
- In-depth knowledge of trends and best practices in developmental disabilities and ABA therapy.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining a client-centered focus.

Full-Time, Non-Exempt
