About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Utilize in-house software to compress intraoperative medical images and video clips according to a clinical protocol.
- Provide technical support when necessary to clinics.
- Create a case report for each surgical case.
- Acquire data from clinical sites to analyze data quality.
- Verify surgical image and video quality during and post-surgical cases.
- Responsible for identifying when data quality is not met according to protocol standards.
- Provide immediate feedback to the internal team when data quality is not met so that mitigation can be implemented.
- Travel to clinical sites 50% when on-site support is needed.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues related to data quality
- Data organization and archival, focused on image and media files
- May support other areas of clinical development when required
Requirements:
- B.S. degree; or 1-3 years of related experience within a clinical setting
- Basic understanding of human anatomy
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Have the ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects to meet deadlines
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and Video Players (ie VLC and Adobe Pro)
- Experience working in a GDP environment, and any clinical trial experience, is a plus
