Job Description
Conducts complex and critical studies and analyses. Designs, coordinates and leads performance of analysis, designs reports for use by clinicians and administrators, develops and validates operational information for clinical departments. Clinical Experience-preferred
Job Responsibility
+ Serves as a liaison between business users and department to identify strategies for evaluation of key performance indicators (KPIs), quality metrics, outcomes evaluation, population management studies, etc.
+ Analyzes current and future end-user needs to support and improve organizational operations.
+ Designs reports for use by clinicians and administrators.
+ Collaborates with clinical and IT staff to support defined business requirements.
+ Analyzes data and prepares data trend reports.
+ Maintains consistency and integrity of data collection and storage.
+ Interfaces data from Health System hospitals for reporting purposes; develops and analyses systems needed to obtain information or statistics vital to departmental operations.
+ Conducts complex and critical studies and analyses.
+ Operates under limited guidance and work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Job Qualification
+ Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
+ 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.
+ Clinical Experience-preferred

The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).
The salary range for this position is $58,500-$79,300/year
