Get to Know Your Team:

• Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is a 128-bed, full-service, acute-care community hospital with a new emergency department, a state-of-the-art maternity center, a women's imaging center, and an ICU.

• Under the direction of the Director or the Office Manager, the Clinical Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of the clinical operations within the ambulatory practice.
• This role involves tasks such as managing schedules, organizing patient care activities, collaborating with healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with polices and regulations, and facilitating communication between different divisions.
• The clinical coordinator will also play a role in staff training, quality improvement initiatives, and maintaining accurate patient records.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills are essential to this position.

Job Requirements: 

• Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA or equivalent) or NJ LPN License; Must hold current or obtain within three (3) months of hire
• 3-5 years of experience in ambulatory setting (emergency room, clinic or health center).
• Higher education may be substituted for experience

Preferred Job Requirements:

• CPR Certification preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish or other language
• Previous supervisory experience in an acute/outpatient setting
