Compensation: $64,000 - $68,000/year
Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities as the Clinical Coordinator:
- Supervision: Oversee a team of Case Managers with regular, structured supervision meetings.
- Strategy Promotion: Implement Housing First, Harm Reduction, CPI, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care models.
- Service Plans: Develop and implement individual service plans; ensure comprehensive and timely documentation.
- Client Assessment: Interview and assess potential clients.
- Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical direction, troubleshoot issues, and strategize solutions for client engagement.
- Housing Focus: Foster a culture that emphasizes housing placement as a measure of success.
- Care Coordination: Coordinate care with multiple service providers and outreach teams.
- Conflict Management: Support front-line staff in managing difficult situations and de-escalating conflicts.
- Education: NYS Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) required, or within the first six months of employment.
- Experience: 3+ years with related populations (supervisory experience preferred).
- Skills: Understanding of Housing First, Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction, and health systems.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
- Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with databases.
- Language: Bilingual preferred.
