The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the oversight an integrated treatment setting participating in the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) demonstration project. The Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for supervising Fee for Service providers in the delivery of clinical services of an integrated OASAS and Article 31 Outpatient Mental Health Clinic serving adults living with substance use disorders and mental illness; including clinical program development, supervision, training and evaluation of professional staff.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in oversight of the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Liaison with Clinical Supervisors and Clinic Director in all critical areas of operation.
- Supervise and evaluate Fee for Service staff and interns.
- Provide agency and in-service trainings; promote staff development to ensure clinic staff possess core competencies to effectively treat clients.
- Participation in committees responsible for quality assurance, incident management and utilization review.
- Oversee EHR workflows and clinic procedure training of new staff.
- Generate EHR reports tracking treatment plan, progress note and assessment completion.
- Review treatment plans of clinical staff.
- Responsible for Incident Report submission.
- Provide direct care services as needed.
- Assist in managing client crises and onsite and offsite emergencies.
- Additional responsibilities necessary in program operation.

Qualifications:
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- LMSW required. LCSW preferred
- Possession of Supervision in Field Instruction (SIFI) preferred.
- Previous experience supervising staff preferred.
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience.
- Excellent organizational and written/oral communications skills.
