• The role will require the postholder to plan/create clinical products in Integrated Lifestyles Services (ILS). Product/ service areas include weight management, smoking cessation and alcohol reduction with multi-channel content including e-learning, online webinar content and face-to-face resources.
• Given the strategic importance of ILS and more emergent nature of some of these contracts, there is a requirement to create scalable products, and ensure our clinically-led, behavioural science informed products and services are consistent across the Health Division.
• They will play a crucial role in developing evidence-based content for public health intervention programs with the aim of improving health outcomes, promoting healthy behaviours, and preventing chronic diseases. The ideal candidate will have a healthcare background as a nutritionist or dietician, along with experience in public health initiatives and experience of course design, and awareness of behaviour change approaches.
Content Creation:
• Research, write, and curate engaging, and accurate content related to our public health interventions.
• Develop educational materials, articles, blog posts, and program guides.
• Ensure that content aligns with evidence-based practices and guidelines.
• Work closely with our graphics and marketing teams.
Quality Assurance:
• Review and edit content for clarity, coherence, and adherence to program goals.
• Fact-check information and cite credible sources.
• Work with Product Development teams and Contract managers to consistently implement the products across the Health Division
• Act as an escalation point in the event of content queries.
Training:
• Provide/Support training to colleagues in clinical program content and delivery.
• Align to behavioural change best practices to support co-delivery.
Collaboration :
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, researchers, and program managers.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
Adaptability:
• Tailor content for diverse audiences, considering cultural, linguistic, and literacy differences.
• Adapt messaging for various communication channels (e.g. face-to-face, webinar or digital interventions, websites, brochures, social media, etc.).
• Supporting co-production strategies and projects with local organisations, teams, professionals and the public, alongside suitable reporting methodologies that demonstrate key outcomes.
• Support new tenders as SME in clinical & behaviourally informed programs
Key Functions
• Create, support and iterate public health / clinical intervention programs.
• Provide training to colleagues delivering programs, and contribute to wider colleague development
• Use feedback from insights to co-produce programs for contracts.
• Provide content to support marketing materials for pre- post- and on-program
• Ensure clinical programs are up to date and respond to changing practices and are rigorous and evidence based.
• Provide subject matter expertise for Integrated Lifestyles and weight management services
• Work with Maximus data/insights and governance teams to enhance our offer
• Guide and support service development to implement learnings into future programs
• Collaborate with clinical technology teams and to ensure the technical solutions are accurate and complete.

Qualifications & Experience
• Degree in Dietetics and/or Advanced Nutrition or other relevant degree in health sciences
• Experience of working in/for public health (adults, families and children) interventions
• Experience in content/program creation in user-centric spaces
• A good understanding of E-Learning methodologies would be advantageous
• Experience of clinical quality and governance
• Experience test and learn / continuous improvement approaches
• Experience designing and evaluating interventions/programs in healthy lifestyles spaces
• Experience of providing training to colleagues
• Experience of creating eLearning storyboards would be beneficial
• Experience of health and wellbeing industry
• Membership of the BDA/AfN or equivalent
