Are you an experienced and driven Audiologist searching for a new career opportunity in the lively state of Kentucky? We are currently seeking an Audiologist/Regional Manager to join a leading practice in Louisville, Kentucky to successfully manage surrounding clinics whilst delivering excellent and valued hearing care services!
Global Talent Partners is collaborating with a thriving independent hearing clinic who are currently looking for a determined and experienced audiologist to join their practice in Louisville, Kentucky. Their dedication to delivering top-tier patient care has significantly contributed to their rapid growth and their hearing technology has made them the primary choice for surrounding communities. As they continue to grow their presence, they are on the lookout for a qualified, clinically strong and self-motivated audiologist to join their team full-time as a clinical audiologist, and manager, whilst also managing 4 clinics in the surrounding area as they continue their exciting growth journey.
Responsibilities:
• Independently conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations and assessments.
• Provide excellent guidance on hearing loss prevention and management.
• Showcase strong sales skills and experience with dispensing and fitting hearing aids, assistive devices, and accessories.
• Administrative tasks including co-ordinating meetings
• Oversee day-to-day audiology operations at 4 clinics
• Monitor functions and solve problems alongside clinical director
• Train and support other audiologists
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with patients and their families, through providing comprehensive aftercare.
Qualifications:
• Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited program.
• Current Kentucky state licensure as an Audiologist or ability to obtain this.
• Proficiency in dispensing and fitting hearing aids
• Ambitious with strong sales skills and dedicated to providing excellent service.
• Minimum 3 years management experience
• Proficiency in audiological assessments and software
• Ability to work independently
• Empathy and a commitment to improving the quality of life for patients.
