JOB SUMMARY:
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing overall administrative support to the
leadership team. The Administrative Assistant will help with the day-to-day logistical, clerical, and
administrative functions of the organization. The role will also require data gathering and running of
reports from various databases.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide administrative support to Chief Clinical Officer and Director of Nursing on a daily basis,
as well as other members of the leadership team, as needed
• Day to day logistics to include but not limited to maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings,
creating agendas, and taking/transcribing/distributing meeting minutes
o Track action items
o Schedule follow up
• Collect, review and summarize weekly reports. Provide information to specified members of
leadership and/or follow up with nurses directly as needed
o Regional Assessment Nurse Weekly Report
o Lead Nurse Weekly Report
o Therapy Program (via CHHA) Weekly Report
• Participate in Weekly Phone calls and follow up as needed
• Work with DON and CMAs (Case Manager Assistant) in each home to ensure all assessments,
recertifications and supervisions are scheduled for Lead Nurse and Regional Assessment Nurses
• Other duties, as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School diploma or GED required; associated degree preferred
• Prior experience in healthcare strongly preferred
• Prior experience or familiarity with Assisted Living Facilities preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on advance Excel skills
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills required. Ability to interact
professionally and pas· ive y with all levels of staff within the organization is key
