Urgently Hiring for Clinical Administrative Assistant *MUST HAVE PREVIOUS CLERICAL EXPERIENCE AND MEDICAL RECORDS to be considered for this position*
Immediate position working Monday - Friday (20 hours a week)
9am-1pm, but negotiable
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Clinical Administrative Assistant will be responsible for overall day-to-day tasks supporting the Patient Care Manager, assisting with scheduling, coordination of services and assisting employees as needed. Helping with departmental audits and investigations. Following up on outstanding medical charts with the appropriate team members. Completing clerical duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, running reports and reporting on pending tasks. This role works cooperatively with the other members of the interdisciplinary Hospice team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Credentials:
None
Experience:
Three years of clerical work experience preferred.
Core Competencies:
Knowledgeable about basic general office procedures practices and equipment. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10 operating system. Ability to handle multiple demands, frequent interruptions and to prioritize work assignments. Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others maintaining a positive attitude.
