Under the direction of the VP of Operations the Clinical Account
Manager manages successful relationships with key clients, existing or
not, and assists with access, privileges, and provider relations.
Working closely with Operations Teams to drive sustainable growth and
create effective client, provider, and patient care strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior care community
clients, addressing their needs and
resolving concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and trust.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers
and clients, aligning services with organizational goals and
fostering long-term partnerships.
- Obtain and maintain administrative access to facility EMR systems.
- Facilitate patient consents, ensuring proper documentation and
adherence to clinical and legal requirements, in coordination with
the care team.
- Conduct spirometry tests as needed, collaborating with providers to
ensure accurate results and seamless integration into patient care
plans.
- Provide training and education to facility staff, equipping them
with the knowledge and tools to optimize workflows, meet compliance
standards, and improve care outcomes.
- Attend Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI)
meetings, representing the organization and contributing actionable
insights to enhance care delivery and operational performance.
- Collect and analyze client feedback and research customer needs to
identify opportunities for service improvement and expansion.
- Submit regular reports to facilities, maintaining clear and
professional communication to ensure transparency, accountability,
and alignment with client expectations.
- Act as a liaison between providers and clients to address concerns,
mediate conflicts, and promote services that align with client
objectives and needs.
- Coordinate onboarding for new providers, ensuring they fully
understand practice policies, procedures, and performance
expectations to succeed in their roles.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in Pipedrive, capturing client
interactions, provider performance data, and other key metrics
critical to account management.
- Provide trustworthy feedback, solutions, and after-sales support to
build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards,
safeguarding the confidentiality of client and organizational
information while maintaining professionalism.
Minimum Requirements:
- 1 year of account management experience
- 2 years of healthcare experience
- LPN Licensure
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Must be willing to travel by plane or car
Preferred Requirements:
- 3+ years of account management experience
- 4+ years of healthcare experience
- RN or LPN licensure
- Experience in a Senior Care Community settings
