Responsibilities Job Description
The Clinic Site Supervisor is responsible for leading the operations of designated staff. Provides workflow direction and management that is consistent with achieving department and organizational objectives. Other duties include achieving coordination, consistency, and integration in the operation of the clinic, assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, assisting in future planning and budgeting, and leading and/or participating in improvement projects.
+ Actively supports the recruitment, orientation, and promotes the engagement of all clinical staff
+ Accountable for initial and ongoing proficiencies for staff
+ Ensures effective and timely communication of relevant information as appropriate
+ Provides mentorship to ensure performance management aspects such as coaching, individual development etc. are in place and holds staff accountable to expectations
+ Works collaboratively with leadership and other partners within the organization to ensure efficient and safe day to day operations of the site(s)
+ Anticipates and responds to physician/provider staffing needs and assures that support staff are appropriately scheduled to enhance efficiency, access, and patient demand
+ Performs appropriate due diligence to resolve patient and staff concerns
+ Collaborates with leadership to help collect data through use of reporting to analyze, forecast, plan and direct clinic operations
Qualifications
Required
+ Associate degree in areas such as healthcare, business management or other related fields (such as MA, RN, Athletic Trainer)
+ 1-2 years of proven leadership experience
Preferred
+ Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or other related field required
+ Athletic Trainer, Medical Assistant, or RN higher education also considered
+ 3-5 years of previous supervisory/management experience
