Your Role as a Clinical RN Supervisor:

• Leadership: Plan, assign, coordinate, and control nursing care and services for patients, providing guidance and training to your team.
• Mentorship: Serve as a mentor and leader, fostering a positive and supportive work environment that empowers nurses to provide their best care.
• Patient Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and efficient care delivery.
• Quality Improvement: Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and elevate the standard of care.

Qualifications:

• Required:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 3+ years of recent acute care RN experience in a similar unit (cardiology, telemetry, ICU, etc.).
• Preferred:
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Previous charge nurse or 2+ years of relevant leadership experience.
