We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Manager who is a licensed Physical Therapist to lead a manual therapy outpatient clinic. As the Clinic Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage patient care, and support the team of physical therapists in delivering the highest level of personalized therapy services. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for physical rehabilitation and manual therapy, alongside strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and patient satisfaction.
• Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments with a focus on manual therapy techniques.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to patient needs.
• Supervise, mentor, and support clinic staff, including physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and administrative personnel.
• Monitor patient progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with clinic policies and industry regulations.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment focused on continuous improvement and patient-centered care.
• Drive clinic growth through patient retention and community outreach.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (required).
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in physical therapy.
• At least 2 years of experience in physical and rehabilitation medicine.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor staff.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of manual therapy techniques is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary range: $75,000 - $100,000 per year (based on experience).
