Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Clinic LPN to join our Internal Medicine team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support to our medical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with patient assessments and vital sign monitoring

Administer medications and injections as prescribed

Document patient information accurately in electronic health records

Educate patients on treatment plans and health maintenance

Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care

Qualifications:

Current LPN license in Ohio

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in a clinical setting preferred
