JOB SUMMARY/OVERVIEW |
To lead and coordinate the Georgia Colorectal Cancer Control Program (GCRCCP) assessment and implementation at multiple clinics. Implementation will include oversite of data collection, quality improvement, EBIs (Evidence Based Initiatives), navigation, and other components that ensure a complete and successful evaluation at Horizons Community Solutions, formerly called the Cancer Coalition of South Georgia. |
