Clinic Lead Nurse RN - Hancock County Health System

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides leadership for four clinics through collaborations with employees, providers, other departments, services, customers, etc. Manages the administrative operation of clinics. Assures the daily operations run smoothly for both patient and provider flow within the clinics. Works jointly with medical records and coding to assure these functions support the site specific. Is responsible for the selection, training, development and assessment of staff. Assists in the development of and responsible for implementation of policies and procedures for the operation of the clinics. Responsible for new provider practice start-up and physician scheduling. Performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance of the mission of Hancock County Health System. Is a member of the Hospital Administrative team.

HOURS:

Full-time exempt position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree in business or a health-related field is preferred. Two years' experience in a healthcare or management setting preferred. Must be proficient in computer use. Must have excellent communication skills and able to multi-task.
