Clinic Family Medicine Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) 0.9-1.0 FTE - Prairie Ridge Health

Prairie Ridge Health is looking for a Family Medicine Advanced Practitioner Provider to join our team at our Sun Prairie clinic. Initial training will take place in our other open locations until the clinic is opened in Fall of 2024. This position is a 0.9-1.0 FTE primarily working Monday - Friday, days. No weekends or holidays required.

POSITION SUMMARY 
The Clinical Advanced Practicing Provider, under the supervision of the Director of Clinic Operations and Collaborating/Supervising Physician(s), assists in the delivery of quality medical care; working in conjunction with clinical support staff.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION:

• State of Wisconsin RN license
• Master of Science degree or equivalent
• National Certification (AANP, ANCC, NCB/PNP, or NCC)
• State of Wisconsin Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) Certification.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• State of Wisconsin Physician Assistant License required.
• National Certification (NCCPA) required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Shift: Monday-Friday, days. No weekends or holidays.

FTE: 0.9-1.0
