Work for us.** **The Role:** Zurich Resilience Solutions (ZRS) is looking for a capable and experienced individual to help accelerate our growth strategy . This role will support ZRS sales efforts and can be located anywhere in the US. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in prospecting with a strong ability to work with others to deliver against ambitious targets. The successful candidate will have a passion for driving sales growth, have an entrepreneurial approach, a growth mindset and be able to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve our revenue targets. This will be a remote role; however, there may be minimal travel to industry events/conferences. Working with an award-winning Risk Management team as part of a Global insurer will allow you to further develop your career in a diverse and inclusive environment presenting a wide range of development opportunities both locally and globally. In this role you will deliver profitable growth though the prospecting of our climate and business continuity services within the US to enhance our market presence and identify new customers. **What will you be doing?** + Responsible for prospecting and entering leads into Salesforce. + Work with ZRS Business development managers to share best practice, align strategy and coordinate engagement approaches. + Evaluate market dynamics to anticipate channel development requirements and their impact on the organization's performance. + Must thrive in a structured and fast paced environment. + Promote the company's products and services by predicting and addressing clients' risk management objectives. + Collaborate within a team of sales representatives to support business income targets. **What are we looking for?** + Extensive experience sales prospecting and lead generation. + Extensive experience of building relationships. + Collaboration and facilitation skills. + Willingness to participate in industry events as needed. You'll have the opportunity to let us know of any reasonable adjustment or practical support needed when you apply. **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree and 4 or more years of experience in Sales OR - High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 or more years of experience in Sales OR - Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 4 or more years of experience in Sales AND - Experience building and managing relationships inside a business and externally - Experience meeting sales goals **Preferred Qualifications:** - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Insurance industry experience Compensation for roles at Zurich varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The starting salary range for this position is $52,300.00 - $85,600.00.
