IT: ADP, Inc. seeks a Client Tech Support Consultant III at our Alpharetta, GA loc to prepare functional specs & change ctrl requests for s/w solns incl dsgn & confgn details. Bach’s degree in Comp Sci, Comp Engg, Info Sys, Bus Admin or a rel’d field + 5 yrs of exp reqd. Alt, ADP will also accept Master's deg & 2 yrs of rel’d exp. 2 yrs. of exp. must incl: SAP US Payroll & benefit Impln; SAP US Payroll & benefit Config; SAP US Payroll & benefit Cnsltg; UAT; Exec SAP regression testing; Invstg & solutioning US SAP payroll problems; Writing rules for US SAP payroll schema, config features & forms; Cloning of employee data using DSM; Dsng & config complex solns; Dvlpg & conducting lifecycle mini-proj solns; Dlvrg client comms & ticket mgmt/resolution via CRM; Modifying subsequent confgn & testing activities arising out of support pack app; & Preparing functional specs & change ctrl requests incl dsgn & confgn details.
