Client Support Specialist - Prism Biotech

• Job Type: Full-time, W2
• Pay: Base and Commission Pay paid weekly plus Monthly Bonus Opportunities
• Shift: 40-hour work week; Monday to Friday; One Saturday shift a month
• Work Setting: In-Office
• Dress code: Business Casual; Casual Fridays

• The essentials: close deals, deliver exceptional service, and consistently meet sales goals.
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently, ensuring each client receives prompt and professional assistance
• Follow scripts and use CRM software effectively to enhance client interactions and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction, addressing client needs and concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Work collaboratively as a strong team player, taking direction and initiating business activities in partnership with management and peers.
• Use clear, concise, and effective communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of our processes, paving the way for growth.

• Experience in a call center, sales, or customer service role
• Proficiency with CRM tools and call scripts
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
• Reliable and dependable with a commitment to integrity
• Adaptable and able to handle high call volumes
• Excellent communication skills

• Proven experience in sales and customer service, or experience as an insurance agent, in hospitality, car sales, or in phone sales
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• Experience in the financial industry, specifically loans, lending requirements, and regulatory compliance related to loan processing and approval.
• Experience contributing to success during a company’s growth phase or period of rapid expansion.
