OVERVIEW
This position is onsite Monday-Friday 8am-5pm at the Brookfield, WI location.
Specifically, as a Client Support Associate you will:
Be responsible for providing the highest level of client service to all Bank clients, prospects and employees utilizing in-depth knowledge of Bank products and services. No sales goals!
· Provide Exceptional Client Service
· Respond to clients’ questions by answering the telephone promptly, greeting clients upon their entering the bank, and promptly responding to emails.
· Perform Teller Transactions with Accuracy
· Receive, verify, and post checks and cash for deposit to accounts.
· Process withdrawals and cash checks for clients and non-clients.
· Issue Cashier’s Checks, foreign currency, and gift cards with available funds.
· Process and scan all teller transactions through branch capture.
· Process wire transfer requests.
· Perform Account Opening and Maintenance with Accuracy
· Create documents and open deposit products on the bank system for clients with accuracy.
· Accurately complete stop payment orders, address changes, account information updates, and general account maintenance as requested.
· Upload debit card applications and perform debit card maintenance as needed.
· Other Administrative Duties
· Process Credit Verifications
· Notary Public Services
· Review IntraFi reports, print and mail customer notices, and balance GL accounts daily. Open new IntraFi accounts and process corresponding deposit account and GL entries
The successful candidate should have:
- Client facing experience required
- Well-developed client and interpersonal skills.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to engage clients to determine their banking needs.
- Ability to listen and resolve clients’ problems and issues.
