**Job Overview:**
The Client Success Manager / Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while working closely with internal teams to facilitate project execution. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of project management principles. The ideal candidate will be passionate about client satisfaction and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- **Project Coordination:** Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects from initiation to completion. Work closely with internal teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- **Onboarding and Training:** Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients by coordinating training sessions and providing necessary resources to ensure a seamless transition.
- **Performance Tracking:** Monitor project progress and client performance metrics, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Identify areas for improvement and proactively address any issues that may arise.
- **Feedback Loop:** Gather client feedback and insights to inform product/service enhancements and strategy improvements. Collaborate with teams to implement changes based on client input.
- **Documentation & Reporting:** Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting notes. Prepare and present reports on project status and client success metrics.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align client goals with company offerings and drive overall business success.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in client success, account management, or project coordination.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and CRM tools (e.g., HaloPSA, Connectwise, Autotask, Glasshive, Salesforce, Hubspot).
- Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
