Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to build meaningful relationships and understand their financial goals.
- Recommend and fulfill financial solutions, including checking and savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and other banking products.
- Use plain language to share options, build rapport, and handle objections with empathy.
- Stay adaptable to evolving technology and processes while maintaining focus on client needs.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to achieve shared goals and deliver a seamless client experience.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Passion for improving clients’ financial lives with commitment and drive.
- Ability to actively engage with clients, demonstrate empathy, and provide clear options.
- Curiosity and a growth mindset, with comfort receiving feedback and learning new processes.
- Proficiency with computers at an intermediate level.
- Comfort in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience in financial services, personal banking, or inbound contact centers.
- Proven ability in cross-selling, upselling, or referring products.
- Previous experience managing high client volumes in a sales or service environment.
