This entry-level position is not in a call center environment but rather focuses on face-to-face interactions, offering a unique, hands-on approach that has driven our unprecedented growth.
As a Client Services Trainee, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and their customers, using your exceptional people skills to create and maintain strong relationships. You’ll help us execute personalized marketing campaigns designed to drive customer acquisition and satisfaction while contributing to the overall success of our clients' brands.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain client accounts through direct customer interactions, driving revenue and creating lasting relationships
- Master the client-provided software systems to efficiently handle inquiries and resolve issues
- Provide daily feedback to management on client interactions to continually improve the customer experience
- Stay knowledgeable about all the products and services we offer to answer questions and assist customers as needed
- Participate in cross-training within different departments, contributing to a well-rounded skill set and preparing for future leadership opportunities based on performance
