Kavaliro's client is seeking an IT Client Services Technician for a 6 month contract in Orlando, FL
Start date target June 28th.
Position Functions:
• Provide set up and configuration of applications
• Provide 2nd tier support for business applications within the enterprise
• Develop recommendations for enhancing approaches for software support service
• Develop and manage effective working relationships with other departments, groups and personnel with whom
work must be coordinated or interfaced

Qualifications:
- Associates/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience as Client Technology Technician
- Experience with Tier 2 IT support
- MS, Apple or ITIL certification
- Experience with set up, configuration, and support of specific business application packages including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Experience with .NET programming language

Salary
$20 - $35 per hour
