Client Service Specialist - Healthcare
Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Client Service Specialist, where you'll act as the primary contact for assigned healthcare clients, ensuring satisfaction through all post-implementation phases. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while traveling up to 50%.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as their advocate.
- Oversee account satisfaction, address issues proactively, and coordinate resolutions.
- Deliver expert knowledge, training, and support on GBS product offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams on upgrades, testing, and documentation.
- Provide remote and on-site assistance to enhance client success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- NextGen Certified Professional or certification upon initial training completion.
- Experience in client services preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong organizational skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
