As a Client Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our donors, providing assistance and support to ensure a positive experience. This role is ideal for driven individuals who have excellent communication skills and are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic philanthropic environment. In essence, your role combines leadership, strategic customer engagement, team collaboration, and a focus on operational excellence to drive the success of your customer relations and sales efforts.

- Manage Donor Volume: Handle a large number of incoming leads, ensuring each customer receives personalized attention and support.
- Engage and Qualify Customers and Donors: Clearly explain various promotional packages to customers and assess their specific needs to determine the best fit.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with the customer service and sales teams to meet client demands effectively and efficiently.
- Coach and Inspire: Partner with the Executive Manager to mentor and motivate your team, fostering their professional growth and career development.
- Promote a Positive Work Environment: Create a motivating and inspirational atmosphere that upholds the brand’s integrity and values.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Uphold and execute operational policies and procedures to maintain high brand standards.
- Communicate Promotions and Incentives: Keep the team informed about current promotions, contests, and incentives to drive performance and engagement.
- A leader and someone who is interested in helping develop our firm and charity grow
- Preferred 1-2 years of experience in a high volume donor environment
- Customer-centric team player who can exceed sales goals and hit office revenue goals
- Must be comfortable working in a busy, fast paced environment
- This position requires spending the majority of the day working directly with customers and relating to all different types of consumers
