Client Services Manager (Security)

Your Responsibilities
This is a full-time position, salaried, exempt position under the executive exemption. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position may require long hours and weekend work.
Your Travel
Travel expectations vary by branch and some may be extensive including out-of-area and overnight. Trips to client sites within the market are expected on a daily basis.

Your Responsibilities
- Supervise daily security services to ensure high standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and employees, acting as a liaison.
- Meet with clients regularly to address issues, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Recruit, select, orient, train, and develop security staff.
- Conduct site inspections, review reports, provide training, and ensure compliance.
- Maintain knowledge of post specifications, emergency procedures, and client policies.
- Assist in developing staffing schedules, budgets, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as contracts.
- Recommend new policies and procedures for improved efficiency.
- Follow progressive discipline for corrective actions.
- Work Location: Virginia Beach, VA
- Competitive Salary: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 / year

Your Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience, minimum two-years management experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Must pass extensive pre-employment screening process
