Regulations drive the need for our services, but our unique capabilities allow us to add value to clients beyond environmental compliance.
Our Orange, CA laboratory is currently seeking a Full-Time Client Services Manager (CSM) to join our team.
Reporting to the Lab Director, the CSM is a key member of the laboratory team, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:

Our Orange, CA laboratory is currently seeking a Full-Time Client Services Manager (CSM) to join our team.
Reporting to the Lab Director, the CSM is a key member of the laboratory team, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:
- Lead the PM team to deliver a consistently exceptional customer experience for our clients.
- Manage clients' projects through all phases of laboratory operations.
- Participate in strategic discussions as a member of senior laboratory leadership.
- Provide technical and logistical support to PM team and sales staff.
- Personnel supervision, time management, and operational efficiency.
- Hiring and disciplinary actions within the team.
- Foster professional development of PMs to enhance their career opportunities.
- Communicate with clients about the nature of the samples being submitted to the lab and use technical expertise to ensure successful outcomes.
- Work closely with the lab to ensure that turn-around-times, short hold times and other sample issues are thoroughly communicated.
- Prioritize the workday based on deadlines, workload, and other related factors.
- Conflict resolution, personnel skills development and team building.
- Comply with Enthalpy's Quality Assurance Program and other policies.
- Comply with Enthalpy's Health and Safety Plan.
To perform this job successfully, individuals must be able to perform each duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Bachelor's degree in the chemical, environmental, physical or biological sciences
- 5+ years of environmental-related experience including demonstrated progress in managing staff and projects.
- Experience working for an environmental laboratory company with progressive responsibilities as a Customer Service Representa
